We provide industry-leading training to apprentices, employees, school-aged and more mature students, with the end-goal being the application of new skills in the real world. Foundation

Saltera Training is about qualifying workers with new skills in the most practical way possible. High touch, low fuss – we work to your schedule and conduct most of our training on site, minimising the impact on day-to-day operations.

Support

We offer a unique level of care and empathy with our students and customise the way we deliver our courses, ensuring every student is given the appropriate amount of attention and training to ensure success on an individualised basis. Completion

We delight in providing students their Statement of Attainment along with the skills, attitude and knowledge passed on from our trainers, designed to ensure success in any future endeavour. We boast an exceptionally high completion rate and love following the careers of our students.

How do I qualify forCertificate 3 Guarantee


  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident living in QLD
  • Aged 18 years of age or older
  • No longer attending school
  • Not have already completed or currently enrolled in a Certificate III qualification or higher
  • Participant can be unemployed and seeking work, or working on a full-time, part-time or casual basis
  • Students who hold a Certificate level I to Advanced Diploma qualification issued prior to 1995 are eligible to access funding

Job Opportunities


General Freight Driver
Plan routes to meet delivery schedules, perform maintenance, transport goods and materials to manufacturing, distribution and retail centres.

Bus Driver
Transport passengers along routes to the required location, while making allocated stops according to time schedules.

Tip Truck Driver
Operate trucks to transport equipment, materials and supplies to various job site locations.
